Prepare the Potatoes:
- Wash the big-sized potatoes thoroughly.
- Using a paring knife, carefully scoop out the insides of the potatoes, leaving a thick shell. The scooped-out portion will be used for stuffing.

- Heat a pan with some oil.
- Fry the chopped onions until they turn brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, grated paneer, peas, chopped mushrooms, and grated carrots to the pan.
- Stir the mixture and cook until the vegetables become tender and the flavors meld together. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
